The challenge of training programs is to transform knowledge into action. Entertaining content is useless if there are no real changes in behavior based on the company's needs. Without behavior change, the time spent on training was wasted.
TO THIS NOT HAPPEN, IT IS IMPORTANT TO ADOPT THE FOLLOWING MINDSET:
° Understand what participants do (understand the company);
° Understand what motivates them;
° Understand what prevents them from behaving in the expected way;
° Understand what is expected (what the company expects after lectures and/or training);
° Effective training requires action and involvement
